Three development teams were asked to submit detailed land use and financial proposals for the development of the 15-acre site. Each team will present their land use proposals for the development. Each team will be allotted one hour. The teams are:
Team #1: Pacific Retirement Services, Inc.
Jewish Home of San Francisco
Sares Regis Group of Northern California, L.P.
Team #2: Bridge Housing
Pacific Union Development Company
Retail West
Team #3 A.F. Evans Company
Crosspoint Realty Services
The public will then be allowed to make comments, followed by concluding Council/Board/Community Development Agency Comments.

Pages 24 through 31 have the June 2006 City-financed survey results from "We Need Your Suggestions! Uses for 15-Acre Site."
Gene Mullin, our local Assembly representative is the new Assembly Education Chair. Assemblyman Ira Ruskin from Redwood City will also be there.
Advocacy Day will be May 2nd from approximately 9am-3pm. Parents and potential Foster City students are welcome to attend this gathering. There will be a Capitol tour in the afternoon if students want to attend.
